As a school, we are committed to continuous improvement and regularly evaluate our practices to identify opportunities for growth and development. School development is a core aspect of our work, and we recognize that, at times, various areas of school life will require enhancement.
Each year, we engage in a comprehensive programme of monitoring activities that provide valuable insights into the school’s strengths and examples of effective practice. These evaluations also help us to identify areas where further improvement is needed. The findings inform the creation of our School Development Plan (SDP), which serves as a strategic framework guiding our ongoing efforts.
The SDP not only shapes our priorities but also drives professional development across the school, ensuring a consistent focus on excellence and progress.
